Hello, all! I just wanted to put a quick post up about what our family is currently going through. My parents were in a terrible motorcycle accident on Sunday and my dad is considered stable, but in very critical condition. We’ve been away from the office but we ARE back now. Ariel is doing an awesome job to “man the fort” as I’ll continue to travel back and forth for the next few weeks when I can to see my dad and check on my mom, who was released but living in Alexandria now. I ask for your prayers and thoughts in this tough time and for your understanding as some sessions may need to be postponed depending on when I’m able to get up there. (I’m only shooting for one or two days a week to get away, but with weddings on weekends, I may have to take some trips during the week.)

Thank you all in advance for your understanding and please know although we have a long road ahead of us, we are still open and accepting new clients and sessions! :) Have a wonderful day and God Bless.

My little Corn on the Cob. So funny.

A sweet lady at St. Margaret’s School gave my mom a handful of HALARIOUS costumes for babies last year (with the tags still on ‘em) and I looked closer at this one – a personal fav – a realized that I MIGHT just be able to stuff Parker in it! Now this is NOT even his costume “of choice” for Saturday’s big day of Halloween Mini Sessions, but I still wanted to share! Stuffed him in, turned my lights back on, and sat my little chunk down for a sec to get a few of these. SO funny. I also have a pea in the pod, a red pepper, a kitty kat, ANd a banana! I’ll be bringing these with me this Saturday to Eighty-One incase anyone wants to try one of their little chunk! :)

I took these about two weeks ago… here is his nine month portraits. These sweet little chunk is growing WAY too fast. Sweet baby. Before we know it, he’ll be a year old! :( We also did some in the studio (keeping up with his Mommy’s “Watch Them Grow” program we have for all of our babies)!

And believe it or not, this baby DOES smile! Despite the lack of evidence that day. lol He’s cutting a top tooth and we’re thinking that’s to blame for this HALARIOUS grin.

If this face doesn’t just melt you’re heart…. I don’t know what will. lol ;)

Parker update – 6 1/2 months

I finally got Parker back in the studio last week for a few updated shots with him. He started on his tummy, which was really cute, but I wanted more! SO, I asked Adam to just run in and let me use his legs and hands to frame the baby at this stage. Poor guy unexpectedly ended up in pictures – a lot more than any of us planned, but I still thought they came out SO cute. Thought I would share…. :) (And if you’re friends with us on facebook, I’m sure you’ve already seen them!)
